Swine flu           Calling all runners in training

With swine flu so much in the news, the Foundation issued a warning not to be complacent about meningitis and septicaemia as the diseases have similar early symptoms.

We feel your pain, or more precisely Caitlin Dula from our Scotland office feels your pain.

Share her highs and lows as she heads towards the Great North Run on September 20 in her blog on our new website and let us know your thoughts on running for the Foundation.

    Parachuting

We don’t mean to depress you, but this could be your last chance to parachute for the Foundation before the weather closes in this year. Or why not cheer yourself up by thinking about next spring and viewing the Great British countryside from a height of 20,000? All proceeds from your jump will go towards funding vital research to tackle meningitis and septicaemia.
